What a concrete clean covers
Northern Colorado is hard on concrete. Magnesium chloride off the winter roads soaks in and leaves a chalky film, cottonwood and elm drop tannin stains every spring, and north-facing slabs hold moisture long enough to grow a green skin. We run a commercial flat surface cleaner at controlled pressure so the whole slab lifts evenly, then hand-wand the edges, expansion joints and anywhere the machine can't sit flat.

Questions
Will it damage my concrete?
Not at the pressure and tip we use. Damage happens when someone holds a zero-degree tip too close — that's what leaves the wand stripes you see on DIY jobs. A flat surface cleaner spreads the force across a spinning bar instead.
Can you get oil stains out?
Usually most of the way. Fresh oil comes up well with a degreaser and hot dwell time. Oil that has been sitting for years has soaked into the pores and will lighten rather than vanish — we'll tell you which one you have from the photo.
What about the white chalky film after winter?
That's magnesium chloride from road treatment and it responds well. It's one of the most satisfying jobs we do in the spring.
